The item is actually very small in person which is a huge plus because it makes it a lot more portable. My only issue was that I had a lot of trouble with the batteries for my GoPro in general holding a good charge. I ended up having to return the GoPro and the battery charger simply because I couldn't ever get it to hold a good charge. This seem to be an issue with the GoPro itself.
